Deletion happens immediately — no waiting period. If you can't access the app (for example, you no longer have the device it's installed on), email support@pharmafastgh.com from the address on your account and we'll process the request manually.
Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and push notification tokens are permanently removed immediately, and your account is deactivated so you can no longer sign in.
Your past order and payment records are kept, but are disconnected from your personal information — the name and contact details on those historical records are anonymized along with everything else. This is for accounting, order-history, and dispute-resolution purposes, consistent with standard financial record-keeping practice. This data is retained indefinitely in anonymized form and is never used to re-identify you or contact you again.
